ABOUT

Process drives me.
It's that discovery part of creativity that connects the thinking and the doing.
So yes, Paris was a logical step. It was a city that supports the very foundation of that view.

I can't wait to share every aspect of it with you through classes, experimentation, even virtual field trips to Paris. Because it's through the lens of art, form and philosophy that deepen perspective on our world, our work and our businesses. Feel free to read more about my background below.

Working closely with companies like Mary Francis Bags, eLUXURY.com and Balenciaga inspired designer Keneuoe, advanced my passion for design.

Fusing creativity with my strong sense of social responsibility, I developed an ecommerce site and began designing fair trade bags and travel accessories for the environmentally conscious traveler.

Eventually using my design skills as a stylist in 2009, I worked with diverse celebrity personalities like Ahmed Hassan of HDTV, award-winning singer, Sila Mutungi, and technology entrepreneur and author Eric Ries.
Designing, reconstructing and upcycling clothing to meet client needs inspired me to help others think and act differently about consumption, encouraging people to think critically about what they buy and how they use clothing.

I minimize the use of handmade fibers by utilizing recycled and biodegradable materials in my garments. Less is more. Less waste, less excess, more versatility.  As a consultant and mentor to start-up designers, I help them take steps to move forward in your passions to do better for people and the planet.
...with an MBA, design training and 15 Years in Sales, Marketing and Consumer Products for Fortune 500 companies
With masters training in business and fashion design from Golden Gate University and the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and working over 4 years in Paris France, I love my more focused life here!

I work closely with businesses, from tech to interiors, that share the same ethical and environmental priorities and I have rooted myself in a solid network of eco- responsible artists and humanitarians in both cities.
